beautiful space with great views

The two-bedroom apartment was super comfy with nice furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. Loved having breakfast on the balcony with stunning views of the pool and ocean. Staff were friendly and quick to help with anything. Just a heads up, the lounge sofa wasn’t the most comfortable for lounging around, though.

we definitely got our money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with an amazing ocean view and a telescope for stargazing. The facilities, like the pool and volleyball court, were top-notch. The staff treated us well, and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better is if there were more vegetarian options available.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and we also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. this place exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect combination of luxury and comfort.

The resort was beautiful and clean, with a stunning view from my spacious balcony. The pool area and grounds were also lovely, and the staff was welcoming and helpful.

Felt good, nothing to complain about.

The 2 bed/2 bath condo had everything! There’s always someone cleaning, at the pool, hallways, grounds, felt very safe. It was handy having your own washer/dryer in the unit. the private lanai had seating for 6, a great place to enjoy the shade and glass of wine.

Used the jacuzzi in the suite only one night and got phone calls from the front desk saying someone in the lower suite was complaining of water leakage although nothing had been spilled. Their pipes might have had leakage who knows but it was disappointing and did not use jacuzzi again for that reason.

This hotel is perfect for those who want a great location near the airport and local grocery stores. The rooms are clean and well decorated with amazing ocean views. The front desk and cleaning staff are very attentive and provide amazing service. You'll be amazed at the telescope included in your room, and the extra towels delivered to your room immediately.

Some guests might find the busy road next to the hotel a little too loud at night.

The rooms at this hotel were great, and we loved the spaciousness of our 2-bedroom unit. the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like taxis or Uber, and there was also ample parking available. the resort had a beautiful pool and well-maintained grounds, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxation.

Dealing with the bug bites. Despite taking measures to protect ourselves, we still ended up with numerous bites all over our bodies, which made for an uncomfortable experience.

We stayed at Hyatt Vacation Club for our 30 year Anniversary and had a great experience. The view from our balcony was magnificent, overlooking the pool and ocean. The full kitchen was a bonus, with nearby grocery stores for options. The staff, especially Manager Atif Awan, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The pool and grounds were amazing, with every room having an ocean view. The hotel was a short drive from popular areas and had a bar by the pool with great drinks. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel, making us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness of the grounds was impeccable, and we were able to take amazing photos because of it. The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the busy downtown area but still close to everything we wanted to do. Plus, being literally right next to the airport made our arrival and departure so convenient. We also appreciated the free WiFi and the variety of cable stations available in our room. It was great that we could use our Firesticks for additional entertainment when we were relaxing in the living room area.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel offered full equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was extremely convenient during our stay. the water view from our room was breathtaking and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the pool was great and the pool snack bar staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.

One of the main drawbacks was the miscommunication regarding the beach location, as we believed it was just across the road. We had to rely on taxis to get to the main area as it was too far to walk, especially in the heat.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with the added bonus of a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Each balcony had a telescope, which was a unique and exciting feature. The resort offered a variety of activities, such as propane grills, family games, outdoor billiards and table tennis, hammocks, and swings. The staff, especially Manager Atif Awan, were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Key West and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the airport and facing the ocean. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony with a sitting area. The staff provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The leisure facilities were also impressive, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ facilities. I was highly impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic week at Hyatt Vacation Club and absolutely loved the beautiful surroundings. Our spacious 2-bedroom unit had a stunning view of the ocean from the deck/porch area. The resort was well-maintained and the lovely pool was a highlight. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Despite a small issue with the microwave/convection oven, we enjoyed our meals. The ADA handicapped shower and grab bars were a great convenience, and having a full washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. We had a peaceful and quiet stay, with only a few children and interesting plane sightings from the nearby airport. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
