Check, in was efficient, we received extra towels and soap upon request. Comfortable beds, pull, out for kids was a hit with our children aged 12 and 14. Stayed twice , during winter and summer, both times enjoyable!

We appreciated the free toiletries and the kitchen amenities like the full-sized refrigerator, cookware, and kitchen utensils for our use. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, and the sitting area was very comfortable. We enjoyed our welcome drink and the garden furniture on the patio was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free wi-fi in the room was a nice perk, and we loved the outdoor dining area by the heated swimming pool. we were very impressed with the quality of service and amenities here!

If you're looking for a hotel near a lake, this one's for you. The location is great - close enough to walk over to the lake and some nice restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a small kitchen and refrigerator. One of the guests loved the ice cube tray that was provided. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.

Started the New Year with great complementary services like breakfast and coffee. the hotel is located near to the skiing resorts and convenient stores, making it a great location for winter vacation. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the communal living room, perfect for evenings with tea and good company.

The hotel is located close to two major roads making it noisy day and night. the bathroom tiling needed fixing and wasn't ideal for the price we paid.
