We really got great value for our money at this hostel. The room was amazing, probably the best private room we stayed in during our trip. The location was calm, quiet, and relaxing, with a beautiful garden setting. The staff treated us very well and were always helpful with our questions and recommendations.

The breakfast selection could be improved. It would be better if they allowed guests to choose what they wanted instead of placing bowls and plates of food on the side or bringing them to you without asking.

The backpacker chic atmosphere at Azul Cielo was just what I was looking for. Meeting fellow travelers from around the world while enjoying the free breakfast and communal kitchen was a highlight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the charming house chicken added a unique touch. I highly recommend staying here for a laid-back, cozy experience.

It is worth noting that there is low water pressure and not very hot water in the private rooms. Additionally, the extra 19% charge for taxes and fees was an unexpected surprise during check-out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The beds were extremely comfortable and had curtains for privacy. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and lockers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful backyard with a bar where we could relax and have some drinks. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious and offered a variety of options, including fruits, coffee/tea/milk, cornflakes, toast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with booking local tours and recommending points of interest. The location of the hostel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the old town, allowing us to explore the city easily. this hostel exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The location was perfect for me - a little outside the busy tourist area but still within walking distance of everything. The staff at Azul Cielo Hostel were amazing. They prepared breakfast every day with a variety of options including a warm local dish. The dining area was always clean and it was easy to socialize with other guests. The hostel had a cool vibe with good music playing. They also offered free bicycles, salsa classes, and yoga classes for a small fee. a fabulous experience.

Best hostel I've stayed in after traveling for weeks! Private room was clean, airy, and had fresh flowers. Breakfasts were unbelievably good, with fruit, toast, and warm dishes. the hostel also offers an excellent tour to the petrified falls and more. the communal areas, including the bar, were great, and the staff was helpful enough. Location was a bit noisy during rush hour, but earplugs solved that. Perfect for a 6-week trip to Mexico!

The water pressure in the private room's bathroom was low and the water wasn't very hot. the noise outside, especially in the evenings, was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.
