It had a separate seating area and bedroom, providing ample space and comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even storing our luggage when our room wasn't ready upon check-in. And let me tell you, the continental breakfast was the best I've ever had! The breakfast room had a wide selection of delicious options that satisfied all appetites. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel for anyone planning a trip to a great city.

The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring the city. It is conveniently situated in the city center, close to Union Square, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. it is just a short distance to Chinatown, allowing for easy access to the vibrant culture and delicious cuisine.

While the hotel offers a pleasant stay overall, there were occasional issues with the elevator during one guest's visit. However, this did not significantly impact their overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square shopping without having to walk up a huge hill to come back. It is also right next to a famous Steakhouse and close to the world-famous cable cars. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were excellent. The complimentary breakfast provided was top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a cozy boutique inn just around the corner from Union Square. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. The continental breakfast offered a variety of choices from cereal to fresh rolls, and the afternoon wine and cheese hour was a nice touch. The selection of wines was excellent, and the beds were the most comfortable we experienced on our entire trip. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the shower was very good with fluffy towels and a good selection of toiletries. a lovely stay at this hotel!

The hotel had some issues with the elevator during our stay, which made it inconvenient to carry our suitcases down the stairs. Additionally, there were a noticeable number of homeless people on the streets surrounding the hotel, which may make some guests uncomfortable.
