Inn By The River offered great value with a clean room, easy check-in, and a delicious breakfast. The friendly staff made our stay memorable while we enjoyed the stunning river views 😊.

Hotel breakfast could offer more variety in choices.

the double room with garden view was ridiculously small for our luggage, and the restaurant was a total disaster. I mean, waiting 40 minutes? Unbelievable. And to top it all off, I was expecting a complimentary upgrade or some form of recognition for my troubles, but it never came, how disappointing! Almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Chur, had a lovely stay! But the breakfast could’ve used more variety, and the wifi was a bit dodgy. Staff were super friendly, though! Sweet as!

The roasted meats at the inn were exquisite, making every meal a culinary adventure! We also enjoyed the charming atmosphere with beautiful river views, and the staff were always cheerful and welcoming.

While the owner offered a one-night stay for future use, it was a bit disappointing since we don’t plan to return soon. Still, the inn had a lovely vibe!

Just a solid selection for a hurried visit in The Forks with great value for the money. The breakfast had real maple syrup, which made it feel like a special touch. If you're looking to relax after a long day, check out the cozy bar area for evening drinks.

We chose this inn for a quick family getaway and enjoyed the stunning river views right across the street. The check-in process was smooth, and our room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was a bit slow on our first night, but we appreciated the charming atmosphere and the good food overall. We especially loved the large porch where we could relax and take in the scenery.

The location was stunning right along the Kennebec River the staff was friendly and accommodating and the bar area was lovely for evening drinks. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate with a nice view.

The restaurant service could be improved as it was a bit slow and the room for our luggage felt cramped with no closet space.

Absolutely loved our stay! The dinner on the porch with the sunset over the Kennebec River was breathtaking. The whirling whirlpool tub in our room was just the treat I needed after a long day of rafting! And the breakfast nook had the sweetest pastries, perfect with morning coffee. 😍

However, the double room was annoyingly small for our luggage, lacking a closet made it hard to find places for our things. The restaurant experience left much to be desired—waiting over 40 minutes without service on our first night was frustrating, and while the second attempt showed some improvement, my chicken definitely tasted reheated, which was disappointing considering the expectations for fresh food.

The staff friendliness, the cozy atmosphere, the river views was genuinely fantastic.
