I had a wonderful experience at Unwnd Boutique Hotel Dumaguete. the staff were welcoming and attentive, especially Marla and Edward. the room was top-notch, the food was delicious, and the quesadilla was a standout. Great service and ambiance, making me look forward to returning.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and away from heavy traffic. the Luxury King rooms are spacious and have a separate toilet and shower. Mini bar is provided with various drinks. the staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged transportation and tours for me. the restaurant food was delicious and spa massage was great.

The hotel is expensive compared to its overall worth. the check-out process was slow and spa services didn't meet my needs.

There were no hooks to hang wet towels or swimsuits in the bathroom or outside of the cabana.

The bed was so comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. The shower was fantastic as well, with great water pressure. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was top-notch. the quality of service and the level of comfort provided at this hotel were truly exceptional.
