We absolutely loved our stay in this charming inn. The location was unbeatable, as it was right in the heart of the historic district. We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and explore the city without needing to rely on transportation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and our room had a wonderful porch where we could sit and people-watch with a glass of wine. The staff was exceptional, from accommodating our early check-in to ensuring our comfort during a stormy night. The breakfast they provided was absolutely delicious as well.

I couldn't have booked a better place for my stay in St. Augustine. The rooms at Inn On Charlotte were beautifully furnished and the two ladies running the inn were super friendly. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most attractions. I loved the complimentary wine, beer, and fresh baked goods that were left out every day. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the owners and staff were extremely professional and friendly. The inn was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The porch and location were excellent, and the free wine tasting was a fun experience. The staff was professional and friendly, providing great recommendations and ensuring guests were taken care of. The rooms were clean with extra towels provided.

We had a fantastic stay in this city, stopping for an overnight but ended up staying for two nights because of the beautiful Christmas decorations and bustling atmosphere. The hotel's location in the heart of the historic district was perfect - we could walk out the door and easily reach everything we wanted to see and do. One of the best things about this hotel was the friendly and attentive staff. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Another great feature was the complimentary wine hour in the evening, which was a nice way to relax and mingle with other guests.

One thing we found frustrating was the difficulty in pre-arranging parking. We tried calling multiple times but couldn't get through and had to wait at the front door for someone to assist us.
