We absolutely loved our stay at the Valley Inn. The two-floor suite was perfect for our family and the resort community was quiet and not too busy. The staff, especially the woman at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they made us feel like royalty. The facility was well-managed and kept clean, and the location was ideal as it was just a short 5-minute drive to the Waterville Valley ski area. our experience at the Valley Inn, Ascend Hotel Collection was superb.

The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and spacious, with new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. The basic amenities were all there, including a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that my stay was pleasant. One highlight was the breakfast - although it's preordered due to the current situation, the waffles were wonderful. this hotel is a good value for the money and I would recommend it for a comfortable stay.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a surprisingly spacious and clean room at the Valley Inn. The bed was super comfortable and the mini-kitchen with a full sized fridge was a great addition. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location, just a short walk from the quiet and well-kept town square, was a perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing more variety, perhaps by adding some fresh options to the pre-packaged bags.

Loved the Freedom Pass that allowed us to use the pool and hot tub nearby. Spacious room with a mini-fridge was essential. great value for money and friendly service. Will definitely return in the future.
