Great location near the Alamo. Rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. It's got a great location, close to downtown and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a historic exterior and modern interior. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a killer view of the city. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Alamo and within walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly, helpful, and took care of any issues we had in a flash.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and the staff went out of their way to make me and my family comfortable. The valet staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were great, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The hotel had excellent facilities and a punctual room service. it was a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was amazing, as we were able to walk to the river walk within a couple of blocks. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They accommodated our late request with friendly customer service. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and all the necessary facilities including a flat-screen TV and in-room safe. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious meals, with special diet menus available. The staff even put a sign outside our door stating that we did not need service, showing their attention to detail.

I stayed at The Emily Morgan Hotel for a weekend getaway. Loved the proximity to popular attractions, such as the historical site and the vibrant River Walk. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the room was clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided.

The room design was a bit inconvenient, with glass slider doors separating the bathroom from the bedroom, compromising privacy. the pool was smaller than expected, but it didn't bother us too much as we were not primarily there for swimming.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern elegance and warm hospitality of our stay at this downtown hotel. Despite some noise from the hallway, the staff at the concierge and front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even accommodated a late check-out and held our luggage until we had to leave. The Oro restaurant staff, especially Clayton and Haillie, provided prompt and friendly service. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and exceptional service.

The hotel’s incredible location was a dream come true. It was situated in the center of things, super close to everything, and right near Riverwalk. The room was small but comfortable for a solo traveler with a comfy bed, and the staff provided proactive customer service, changing room promptly.
