We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to popular attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, making it a pleasant stay for our romantic escape.

We were disappointed with the noise levels in the room. We were initially placed in a room near a noisy air conditioner, and even after being moved to a different floor, we could still hear the AC noise.

Our stay at the Intercontinental was incredible value for money. The room was spacious and had stunning views. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

I had an amazing stay at the Intercontinental in LA. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They even upgraded me to a beautiful room with stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. The valet service was efficient and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in LA.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, always polite and helpful. They even corrected an overcharge issue with the valet promptly. The hotel itself is stunning and my room on the 17th floor had a beautiful view. The location is in a great area with easy access to main roads.

The view from our room on the 6th floor was excellent, and the bed was the most comfortable during our trip. The hotel's close proximity to Westfield Century City was a bonus, as it offered lots of shops, restaurants, and places to eat and relax.

The hotel's location was a bit disappointing, as it was a 10-15 minute drive away from the shops in Beverly Hills. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was also unreliable, causing us to waste time waiting for the bus to arrive.

Convenient location for LA and Santa Monica. Excellent staff and consistent service. Rooms are top-notch. Great dining experience. Breakfast options limited but still satisfactory. faultless stay for a group of eight in four rooms.

The view from the corner room with balconies was stunning. the hotel also offers a courtesy car that takes you anywhere within 1 1/2 miles, making it convenient for exploring the nearby shopping areas. the top quality room service was a great feature as well.

The bathroom cleaning was not up to par, with a chewing gum left on the floor inside the toilet throughout our stay. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk and housekeeping staff, the issue was not addressed, which was quite disappointing.

The helpful staff, especially Blanca Flores at reception, made our stay enjoyable. Clean rooms with a great view and easy access to main roads. Nearby shopping center. Would definitely return.
