the location is excellent, but the check-in lady was absolutely disinterested, which was such a delightful surprise. also, why didn't I receive 4 decaf nespressos and creams when I could have easily gotten that? is it too much to ask for? i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t with these inconveniences.

The rooms were stunning , I was blown away by how comfy the bed was. I had dinner at one of the restaurants, and honestly, the service was excellent even with the same menu in both places.

It wasn’t cheap , but I mean, considering the overall experience, it was still okay.

Utilize the coffee stand for snacks and ice, as there are no vending machines on-site. It’s a convenient solution for late-night cravings.

This hotel is super close to the airport, which was a major win for us! Our room was spacious and had a nice streaming TV setup. We really enjoyed the food from the restaurant, it was delicious! Just a heads up. there's no vending machines, so ask for ice or snacks at the lobby coffee stand.

the intercontinental is perfect for accessing the airport with a smooth and quick walk! the staff was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast option, great value for what we paid. loved the menu variety!
