Lekker stay! Staff were super helpful, and those comfy beds, wow! After a long day of exploring Bourbon Street, the air con in the room was a lifesaver. Perfect location, just a walk away from everything, like Canal St and the FQ. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cool old building with Banksy in the lobby! Just three blocks from Bourbon Street, super comfy beds, and good AC—what more could you want?

But I swear my shower tried to drown me, and tiny closet space made me feel very much like a sardine. Packing was a real adventure!

The check-in took ages, and the room was tiny with no view. But the bar area was sweet as, and the staff were heaps friendly!

My experience was frustrating from the start. The room I booked was ready much later than anticipated, and I ended up being moved to another location after they overbooked. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities left me dissatisfied, and despite multiple inquiries about a refund for my inconvenience, I was met with unhelpful responses from the staff.

the room was nice but could use some upgrades. the staff was super friendly and greeted us well. location was great, close to bourbon street. the lobby had a fantastic atmosphere with a lovely scent and air conditioning.

We were super lucky to snag the penthouse and OMG, those views were amazing! The bed was so comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. The staff were really helpful, especially Raymond, who made the check-in a breeze. The bar area had chill vibes and unique drinks. Just wish the parking garage had more spaces, but it was still worth it!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the art gallery with original Banksy pieces and the cozy bar where I learned fun stories about the place. There were great options for relaxation like massages and live music, which made it even better. Just a heads up, the lamp switch was a bit quirky, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

Loved the free cold water available during my stay and the spacious bathroom was a real treat after a long day out! I enjoyed the live music in the evenings and even treated myself to a massage at the wellness center. Just a heads up, the housekeeping could be a bit more attentive, but overall, it was a solid experience! 😊

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with travel tips that I still remember. I recommend visiting the bar for a cozy drink. I'm definitely coming back for a city trip.

yo this hotel was super cool with an amazin lobby full of artsy vibes. the staff were really nice, especially george who helped me check in and made everything smooth. loved the location, it was close to the french quarter and easy to explore. my room was clean and comfy, bed felt great after a long day of walkin. the bar had a chill atmosphere and unique drinks that were fun to try.

the location was perfect. close to numerous attractions and restaurants. the atmosphere was also lively, with a great bar for relaxation. staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. offered complimentary beach chairs too.
