Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it was centrally located for easy travel throughout the city. the spacious room with a comfortable bed, separate living room, and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. Improvements could be made in updating the furniture and material to enhance the overall experience.

The Ivy Boutique Hotel's central location is ideal, just a 9-minute walk from Tribune Tower, offering stunning city and lake views from many rooms. The spacious rooms boast stylish living areas and coveted amenities, providing a comfortable and elegant stay. Their use of tile or marble floors and hardwood or parquet flooring adds a touch of luxury, and the use of the elevator as a security measure is a thoughtful detail not found in other area hotels.

Our experience with the deluxe charcuterie board fell short, with a lack of variety and the excuse of running out of the usual bread being questionable. It was a minor setback in an otherwise delightful stay.

The pillows were like a cloud, the amenities were top-notch, and the shower water pressure was unreal, best shower ever! The staff was super helpful and the location was just right. 🏙️ Even though the lobby floor was a bit messy, it didn't ruin the whole vibe. Great stay overall!

the view from my room was stunning! being just off the magnificent mile, i could watch the hustle and bustle of downtown chicago. the rooms were huge and very spacey. Unfortunately, mine overlooked heaps of trash which was a downside. the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! a great stay.

My wife says that the aquarium could benefit from more interactive displays for kids.

Our stay at Ivy Boutique Hotel with our nine-month-old baby was enjoyable. The King suite was spacious and luxurious, with a lovely flat-screen TV in the bathroom. Despite the street view, the room was quiet and spotless, making us feel at ease. The convenient location allowed us to walk to various landmarks like the 360 Chicago Observation Deck and Buckingham Fountain, enhancing our family bonding experience. The relaxation areas and nearby attractions truly made our stay memorable. Although valet parking was pricey and soundproofing could be improved, we still had a fantastic time.

I absolutely adored the cozy and inviting ambiance of the hotel's general areas. The warm earth tones and modern light fixtures made me feel right at home, and the spacious and well-lit common spaces were perfect for relaxing or chatting with the friendly front desk staff. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate facilities that made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.

I would have appreciated better assistance from the children of the staff, as it took quite some time to have my needs met.

I could easily explore the city and visit all the nearby restaurants. The staff here went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the friendly front desk staff made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved the big tub and the waterfall shower in the bathroom. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations!

The room was luxurious and the bathroom had a huge soaking tub. The staff, especially Angelica Jensen, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

the hotel was super clean and close to everything i wanted to do. the showers had amazing water pressure and the rooftop terrace was a great place to chill with friends. the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time.

the location was absolutely perfect - right in the midst of the best shops on the Magnificent Mile, just off Michigan Avenue. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel right at home and were always available to assist with any inquiries I had. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. I particularly loved the spacious king bed and the city street view from my window. Plus, all the TVs worked perfectly, which was a nice bonus.
