I loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just across the street from an amazing mall. After partying the night away, it was great to return here and relax in the indoor swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The room was also fantastic, with all the amenities one could need to make the stay comfortable.

This place is highly recommended for those looking for luxury and comfort.

As a solo traveler, I loved the free removal of alcoholic beverages from the fridge and the provision of daily free water bottles. The view from my room overlooking the Galleria was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. In-room dining was a great experience with delicious food. The bathtub drain issue was promptly fixed on the same day.

I had the most pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, right across the street from the mall. It made shopping so convenient! Plus, there were some amazing restaurants within walking distance, which was a huge bonus for someone like me who didn't have a car. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. Plus, the room amenities were superb, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the cozy sitting area and the in-room safe. This place truly knows how to make their guests feel pampered.

Located just across the street from the popular Galleria mall, our weekend at this hotel was a dream come true. We were able to shop to our heart's content and then simply walk back to the comfort of our spacious room. The bathroom was equipped with a lighted makeup mirror and a luxurious shower head with a separate body wand. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff provided exceptional service, from the valet to the front desk. Despite a minor issue with the breakfast charge, our overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We enjoyed the complementary coffee and tea in the lobby and the free newspaper in the morning. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Our room was big enough for the two of us and the bed was comfortable.

We did not appreciate all the extra charges, such as the Internet and parking fees, on top of the already expensive room rate. The breakfast was overpriced and had limited options. It was also frustrating to deal with the unfriendly and unhelpful staff on the phone before our check-in.
