The location of the hotel was perfect for us, right in the heart of downtown and close to the Staples Center. We were attending an event there, so it was super convenient. The lobby bar was also a great spot to relax and the staff was friendly and efficient.

The elevators require a key for added security, and there's a waiting area outside for easy transportation access.

We enjoyed being able to easily access public transportation and taxis right from the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly maids to the helpful valet parking attendants. The bar was always buzzing with activity and the bartender was attentive and quick. The bellman Brian was especially delightful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Con: Although our overall experience was excellent, we did have a small hiccup. Additionally, we found the price of valet parking to be quite high.

From the customer service folks to the housekeeping staff, everyone was always happy to assist. The lobby was grand and check-in was a breeze. The location was ideal, as it was in close proximity to the LA Live area and Staples Center, where I attended a concert. All in all, a fantastic experience.

I had a small issue with the room amenities, but the staff quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The front desk team, especially Alby and Gilbert, were incredibly patient and kind. I also want to mention Ida at the pool who ensured I had everything I needed and made me feel comfortable. the staff at this hotel is phenomenal.
