I loved staying at this hotel in the heart of the entertainment district! The location was amazing, with everything I needed right around the corner. The staff were super nice and accommodating, even giving me an early check-in and late check-out. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. It was great being able to stream my own music and watch Netflix on the TV. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay.

Great location for exploring downtown with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Polite, friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms with lovely views. The on-site restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast buffet. The elevators require a key for added security, and there's a waiting area outside for easy transportation access.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown LA. The location in the entertainment district was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. We enjoyed being able to easily access public transportation and taxis right from the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly maids to the helpful valet parking attendants. The bar was always buzzing with activity and the bartender was attentive and quick. The bellman Brian was especially delightful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Con: Although our overall experience was excellent, we did have a small hiccup. It to discover that breakfast was not included in the rate for our Junior King Suite.

Convenient location, right next to Staples Center. Smooth check-in with informative staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and well-stocked coffee box. Helpful concierge for sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Good breakfast buffet at Ford's Filling Station in the lobby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had no lingering smells. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, and the highway. The view from my 21st-floor room was absolutely breathtaking. The reservation staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for an upper floor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the in-room coffee and complimentary water. The staff, except for one, were extremely helpful and friendly. From the customer service folks to the housekeeping staff, everyone was always happy to assist. The lobby was grand and check-in was a breeze. The location was ideal, as it was in close proximity to the LA Live area and Staples Center, where I attended a concert. All in all, a fantastic experience.

The service at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. Live was impeccable. I had a small issue with the room amenities, but the staff quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The front desk team, especially Alby and Gilbert, were incredibly patient and kind. I also want to mention Ida at the pool who ensured I had everything I needed and made me feel comfortable. the staff at this hotel is phenomenal.

They also have a car hire and shuttle service that made it easy for me to move around the city. The room amenities like the sitting area and terrace were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also loved the bar/lounge area and the snack bar where I could grab a quick bite. The staff went above and beyond, allowing me an early check-in and late check-out.

I couldn't find our reservation when we arrived, but the staff quickly sorted it out for us. I heard some people complain about staff who don't have experience nor management, but I didn't encounter any of these issues.

The staff made me feel genuinely welcome to the area and were always helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and good service. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were delightful. a great place to stay!

I spent an amazing Christmas in downtown LA at a superb hotel. The location was perfect, with many attractions only a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary beverage and snack upon arrival, as well as the in-room complimentary Wi-Fi. The gym was also well equipped, which allowed me to keep my workout routine going even during my vacation.

The pillows were too soft and the bed was a bit lumpy. Although the room was beautiful and gorgeously decorated, the safe wasn't working and it took a while until the staff addressed the issue.

The hotel offered some great amenities during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast every morning, which was a fantastic way to start the day. Additionally, there were snacks and cocktails available five days a week, providing a nice treat in the evenings. The staff at the hotel were generally very helpful and friendly, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located, with many attractions within walking distance. We found a grocery store just a block away, perfect for any last-minute needs. Across the street, there was a lineup of food trucks, offering a variety of dining options. This made it easy for us to explore local cuisine without having to travel far.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The parking at the hotel was quite expensive, which ended up being a significant additional cost for us.
