The location of the hotel was perfect for us, right in the heart of downtown and close to the Staples Center. We were attending an event there, so it was super convenient. the lobby bar was also a great spot to relax and the staff was friendly and efficient.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. First, the room furnishings and bedding felt a bit generic and nothing special, especially considering the price point.

Great location for exploring downtown with plenty of nearby restaurants and attractions. Polite, friendly staff who provided excellent customer service. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms with lovely views. The on-site restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast buffet. The elevators require a key for added security, and there's a waiting area outside for easy transportation access.

The room was quite small for the price, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, upon arrival, there was a bit of a cleanliness issue with a bunch of toilet paper left in the toilet, which was not a pleasant sight.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in downtown LA. The location in the entertainment district was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. We enjoyed being able to easily access public transportation and taxis right from the hotel. The staff provided exceptional service, from the friendly maids to the helpful valet parking attendants. The bar was always buzzing with activity and the bartender was attentive and quick. The bellman Brian was especially delightful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Con: Although our overall experience was excellent, we did have a small hiccup. Additionally, we found the price of valet parking to be quite high.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had no lingering smells. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, attractions, and the highway. The view from my 21st-floor room was absolutely breathtaking. The reservation staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for an upper floor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the in-room coffee and complimentary water. The staff, except for one, were extremely helpful and friendly. From the customer service folks to the housekeeping staff, everyone was always happy to assist. The lobby was grand and check-in was a breeze. The location was ideal, as it was in close proximity to the LA Live area and Staples Center, where I attended a concert. All in all, a fantastic experience.

The service at the JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. Live was impeccable. I had a small issue with the room amenities, but the staff quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The front desk team, especially Alby and Gilbert, were incredibly patient and kind. I also want to mention Ida at the pool who ensured I had everything I needed and made me feel comfortable. the staff at this hotel is phenomenal.
