The hotel room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. However, I was locked out of my room due to issues with my credit card, which caused me to be late for an event. Despite this, the hotel solved the issue quickly and efficiently. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Situated just off of Bourbon St on Canal, guests can easily walk to almost everything, from famous restaurants to great nightlife. The rooms are pristine and comfortable, featuring large bathrooms with tubs. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. Guests will love the beautiful view of the city from the rooftop pool.

One small issue, however, is that some of the staff seem to have trouble with communication, such as with directing guests to the correct hotel or managing the valet parking service.

Enjoyed the Executive Room's classy decor and strong water pressure in the fabulous shower. Nescafe coffee pods and complimentary water were nice touches. Food and beverage service was exceptional with polite and knowledgeable staff. Bellmen went above and beyond to keep the entire area flowing smoothly and ensure guests felt safe. Location was convenient for walking to nearby shopping and restaurants.

We had an exceptional stay at a great hotel during the French Quarter Festival. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Jackson Square. The rooms were clean and updated, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the free bottled water and the proximity to Starbucks. we enjoyed our stay as much as the Ritz down the street.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a vibrant city for a weekend getaway and overall, it was a pleasant experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby dining options and attractions. the hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of popular tourist spots and offering easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool where I could relax and enjoy the warm weather.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. One of the downsides was the upcharge for a room with a particular view, which I felt was unnecessary and expensive.

The lobby is stunning and really sets the tone for the rest of the property. The room itself was modern and had all the amenities we needed, including a small fridge and Nespresso machine. The pool on the 8th floor was a great way to cool off and relax. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from Bourbon Street, allowing us to experience the vibrant atmosphere without the noise. We were impressed by the spacious room, complimentary water, and the thoughtful touches from the housekeeping team, such as sweet treats and notes. The gym and outdoor pool were also great facilities to enjoy during our stay.
