The hotel was amazing, with great staff, basic amenities, and comfortable rooms with a great view over the city. Its location was also ideal, away from the constant partying of the main streets but with easy walking access to other famous districts, making it a great value for money stay.

Located in the heart of a bustling district, this modern hotel offers easy access to a wide range of tourist attractions. Situated just off of Bourbon St on Canal, guests can easily walk to almost everything, from famous restaurants to great nightlife. The rooms are pristine and comfortable, featuring large bathrooms with tubs. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. Guests will love the beautiful view of the city from the rooftop pool.

One small issue, however, is that some of the staff seem to have trouble with communication, such as with directing guests to the correct hotel or managing the valet parking service.

We were able to walk to all the popular attractions and restaurants, which made our stay very convenient. The service at this place was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff knew our names and made us feel like family. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The room service was excellent, and the food was even better than what you would find at a fine dining restaurant. our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we would highly recommend it to our friends. Enjoyed the Executive Room's classy decor and strong water pressure in the fabulous shower. Nescafe coffee pods and complimentary water were nice touches. Food and beverage service was exceptional with polite and knowledgeable staff. Bellmen went above and beyond to keep the entire area flowing smoothly and ensure guests felt safe. Location was convenient for walking to nearby shopping and restaurants.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with everything close by, and I loved the easy accessibility to the best restaurants and French Quarters. The service was top-notch and I could tell the staff was well trained and attentive to all my needs. The room was spacious and the amenities were great including the in-room coffee maker and superb shower. The fitness center was also one of the highlights of my stay – it was well-equipped and even had cool towels. I was thoroughly impressed with this place.

We had an exceptional stay at a great hotel during the French Quarter Festival. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Jackson Square. The rooms were clean and updated, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. The check-in process was friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the free bottled water and the proximity to Starbucks. we enjoyed our stay as much as the Ritz down the street.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a vibrant city for a weekend getaway and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby dining options and attractions. The hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of popular tourist spots and offering easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel had a rooftop pool where I could relax and enjoy the warm weather.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing. One of the downsides was the upcharge for a room with a particular view, which I felt was unnecessary and expensive. Furthermore, the hotel lacked the charm and character that I expected, especially considering the city's rich history and culture. Lastly, the parking fees were quite expensive, adding an additional cost to the overall stay.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities, including the gym and outdoor pool, were great. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the World War II museum and the vibrant nightlife of Bourbon Street. Additionally, the hotel provided free water and daily treats from the housekeeper.

Great Breakfast and Impressive Views. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast selection that has something for everyone. The views from the room were great, offering a nice view of the city. The location is a short walk to the famous street and offers easy access to the best of the city.

Poor Lighting and Morning Coffee Issue. The lighting in the dining areas and bars is quite low, making it difficult to read menus. The hotel could improve the lighting for a better experience. Another issue is that not all guests have access to morning coffee. It's disappointing and needs to be addressed.
