We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton hotel. The hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our early check-in request and even offered us a bigger room when there was a mix-up. The modern design of the hotel was impressive and the rooms were clean and quiet. We also loved the convenience of accessing our Netflix account on the smart TV. The location was perfect, with easy access to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and nearby restaurants. And the comfortable beds and stylish lobby sitting area were a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city.

We received a complimentary breakfast which saved us a bit of money. Also, the hotel's location was perfect in regards to being near the main attractions. Lastly, the hotel had an amazing pool which was a great place to unwind.

The check-in staff were not very welcoming and we encountered several maintenance issues with our room which were not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the hotel was not well-maintained and did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall quality.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They even sent a text after check-in to check if everything was to my liking. The room service was quick and attentive, fulfilling all my requests and even surprising me with an extra bottle of champagne. The bartender was helpful and mixed up a fantastic cocktail. The doormen and valet were friendly and efficient, helping me hail a cab quickly when I needed to catch a show. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions just a short walk away.

Our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite contacting the hotel in advance about an early check-in, we were given a smaller room without any prior notification. The bed in the room was uncomfortable and lacked a fitted sheet, which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. The spa service was overpriced and underwhelming, not living up to our expectations. Additionally, we were disappointed to find out that the restaurant closed its kitchen earlier than advertised.
