The hotel had a beautiful and modern design, which added to the overall experience. the staff was attentive and professional, making sure all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus for us, as we were traveling with our furry friend.

One downside was that our room wasn't cleaned on the first day, and when the housekeeping staff came later, we were not ready to leave the room. the late arrival of housekeeping and the lack of preparation on our part caused some inconvenience.

The modern design of the hotel was impressive and the rooms were clean and quiet. We also loved the convenience of accessing our Netflix account on the smart TV. The location was perfect, with easy access to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and nearby restaurants. And the comfortable beds and stylish lobby sitting area were a bonus. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the city.
