Our weekend getaway was absolutely incredible! The resort-style setting provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere that was just what we needed. The Casita room exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and comfort, not to mention the upscale amenities. We were thrilled to find extra coffee waiting for us in the room, just as we had requested. The chef at the restaurant blew us away with their talent - the food was not only incredibly tasty but also beautifully plated. We couldn't get enough! The resort grounds and pool were nothing short of jaw-dropping. The landscaped gardens and semi-private courtyards were a delightful surprise. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing a carry-out breakfast for us so we could make it to our daughter's volleyball tournament on time. Speaking of staff, they were caring and attentive throughout our stay. And let's not forget the bath towels - they were hands down the thickest and most luxurious we have ever experienced at any hotel. We were so impressed!

We had a bit of an inconvenience when we were asked to move to a new room for our third night with no upgrade or compensation. It unfortunate and it spoiled our last day in the area.

The landscaping throughout the property, especially the cactus gardens, added to the overall beauty of the place. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe, and it was a convenient central location for exploring the city. The only downside was occasional noise from the street, but it didn't disturb my sleep thanks to the comfy bed and the fan I had running. I had a fantastic experience at this boutique hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
