Kimpton in Omaha impressed with gorgeous, luxurious rooms, beautiful pool area, and upscale restaurant. Friendly staff and great location added to the experience.

We stayed at the Kimpton for a weekend getaway. the location was perfect with easy access to great dining options. Valet service was exceptional, and the rooms were immaculate. Loved the stylish bathroom tiles. the hotel has a luxurious feel, a beautiful pool, and a classy bar and restaurant. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Cons: Can recommend this hotel.

I always return to a welcoming hotel where they once saved my day with a phone charger. It has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a pool, and fitness center. Perfect for my city break, it's cozy, well-equipped, and has friendly staff.

Amazing location with great eats and activities nearby. The valet service was outstanding - I simply had to text them and the car would be waiting. The rooms were spotless and had everything I wanted, even loved the tile in the bathroom!

The fragrance and essential oils could be a problem for people who are chemically sensitive.

During our stay, we felt like royalty at our hotel. The front desk was great, giving us a personal tour of the downstairs area. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge with a glass of wine, while admiring the beautiful decor. The restaurant had delicious food with new favorites like oysters Rockefeller and baked Alaska. Even though the room was a bit small, it had everything we needed and was furnished beautifully. We borrowed bicycles and helmets to explore the area, making our visit even more fun.

The check-in process could have been better.

Loved the unique artists-easel-type stand for the TV in my room. Though there wasn't any literature provided, the staff was very friendly and informative. The location is great, and the pool is fantastic. I would recommend staying here.

As foreign tourists, we loved the wine and real glasses provided in the sitting rooms. The beautiful rooms and the thoughtful amenities like umbrellas, bicycles, and helmets were a great touch. The restaurant, The Committee, was fantastic and we enjoyed trying oysters Rockefeller and baked Alaska. The swimming pool was lovely, and we can't wait to visit again.

The hotel had amazing tiles and plants that made the property look really cute and beautiful. its location was perfect for exploring the city. the room and common areas were gorgeously luxurious, and the pool area was really nice too.

The customer service wasn't great and the restaurant staff were seen wearing jeans, which was not very professional for a fancy restaurant. to this, some staff members were unresponsive and behaved indifferently towards guests.
