I had a wonderful stay in the heart of downtown Noho. the hotel's cleanliness and staff hospitality were exceptional, with convenient parking and easy access to everything Northampton offers.

For us, it was ideal.

Great location in downtown, easy walk to local attractions. Charming and well-maintained historical building with clean and comfortable rooms. Complimentary coffee and fridge in room were convenient. Good food and drinks at the on-site restaurant with friendly service. Reasonable rates make it a great value.

Stayed for a night to attend a concert nearby. Historic charm, clean rooms, and accommodating staff. Centrally located with easy access to dining. Comfortable bed, effective heat, and extra blankets. Quick check-in, free Wi-Fi, and convenient amenities like a fridge and coffee maker. Safe area and good value for the price.

The rooms are comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need, from comfortable beds to special machines to help you relax. Breakfast is included, which is a great value for money.

The hotel has a beautiful historic look and feel, with lots of original items. It is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally nice, understanding, and accommodating. The location is great, right in the heart of downtown and close to attractions. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi is free and reliable. The check-in/check-out process is quick and easy. There is plenty of safe parking available. Each room has a refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker. The hotel offers free unlimited coffee in the morning and has a restaurant and room service.

The breakfast experience fell short of expectations for a place with so many good options to eat nearby. However, considering the current circumstances, it's understandable that certain amenities may not be fully operational.

The continental breakfast and the location were both good. Had a nice staycation with my friends in the city center, close to all the shops and restaurants. the staff was helpful, providing us with maps and suggestions. the room was quiet, so we didn't hear much noise from other guests. Enjoyed having a drink in the bar, and the water cooler was great for refilling our bottles.

The hotel was quite old and run down. Lots of things in the room were broken, including some of the chairs and furniture.
