We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in the area we wanted to be with easy access to all the attractions we planned to visit. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the doormen who assisted us with taxis and directions, to the cheerful front desk staff who made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean, bright, and airy, with a great view of the river from the window seat. The hotel offered a complimentary wine happy hour in the evenings, which was a lovely touch.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful. They put us right in a wonderful room with a perfect view. The hotel was great at recommending things to do, places to eat and how to get around. The room was comfortable and the coffee bar was great. The location was perfect with easy access to all we planned to do.

We loved the central location, with Millennium Park, restaurants, and the river walk all just a stone's throw away. The room size was above average for a city center hotel, and we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a suite during our first stay. The staff at this hotel was exceptional - always happy to help and provide great service. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and even our dogs could tell how clean it was within seconds.

The highlight of our stay at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco was the exceptional attention to detail. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The location was also ideal, just a few blocks from the metro line to O'Hare airport. The wine hour in the lobby before dinner was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its unique charm and great location.

Second time in a Kimpton and they never disappoint. Only stayed one night, passing through town. The room was chic, staff was very pleasant and personable. It is right at the River , Riverwalk for boat tours or water taxis, House of Blues, well known steakhouses and many restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is fantastic itself! You do not need a car, which is good because their parking is $58 a night. It's actually around the corner, not connected to the building or on site, but they do have valet if you feel like waiting. Great accommodations in one of the best parts of the City!

I recently stayed at Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Chicago for a week-long vacation with my family. The spacious rooms were perfect for us, and my daughter absolutely loved the window seats. The beds, including the sofa bed, were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being in the heart of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even greeting my daughter with a thoughtful gift upon arrival. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on future visits to Chicago!
