My husband and I recently stayed at the Kimpton Palomar for a much-needed weekend away. We were impressed with the excellent customer service, especially when Savannah went above and beyond to help us retrieve a lost key fob from a nearby garage. The hotel's central location allowed us to check in early and start exploring the city right away. The friendly staff, clean and stylish rooms, and pet-friendly atmosphere made our stay a truly enjoyable experience. Plus, the nearby Rittenhouse Square provided a lovely green space for us and our furry friend to relax. the Kimpton Palomar offers a great city hotel experience with modern elegance and top-notch service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bedroom was clean and neat, and I especially enjoyed the spa tub room. It was worth every penny, and I couldn't resist taking advantage of it during my overnight stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the hotel is located right in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. It was perfect for exploring this bustling city or conducting business along Market Street or downtown Broad Street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. the amenities offered were also quite satisfactory, especially the happy hour wine and morning coffee. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. Additionally, the personalized service provided by the staff was a standout feature, as they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the rooms were on the smaller side and the tight bathroom quarters were not ideal.

This hotel in the Center City district was a great find. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view overlooking the city, which was breathtaking. And let's not forget about the jacuzzi in the bathroom - it was a luxurious touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect for exploring the city as it was right in the center of downtown, close to restaurants and shops. The staff were exceptional, providing great service and even accommodating our requests for room changes. We particularly enjoyed the room amenities, including the comfortable beds, ironing facilities, and the complimentary welcome drinks. The spa and wellness center with a jacuzzi, massage facilities, and even bike rentals were a great addition to our stay.
