I keep coming back to this place. The staff helped with my suitcases. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and 24-hour reception. Also, it has an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. I'm back this weekend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how great it was! The hotel is in a great area with lots of dining options within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and the basic amenities were excellent. My room had a living area space on the end next to the window and a comfortable queen bed, making for a cozy stay. Plus, the breakfast included many options at a reasonable rate. This hotel is definitely a great value for money.

I had a great stay at Phoenix Inn Suites. I was visiting Salem for a hiking trip and stayed for a couple of nights. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. I loved the big windows and the cozy sitting area with a couch. The towels and bedding were comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with real eggs and make-your-own waffles. The central location was perfect for our needs, and I especially appreciated the dog bags and treats for our pet.

The room was modern and spacious, with a fridge and microwave. The friendly Argentinian desk clerk made our stay even more enjoyable. The grounds were clean and pet-friendly, perfect for our dog. We took a pleasant walk to the nearby ice cream place. Parking was easy and the staff were very helpful. a great stay for those on a budget.

During my transit in Salem, I stayed at The Hotel for its convenient location, nestled in the heart of Morningside, Oregon. The hotel's close proximity to the nearest airport, Portland International Airport, made it an excellent choice for my brief stopover, just 105 km away.

I had a disappointing encounter with the management's behavior during my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the pet-friendly policy of the hotel, especially the grassy area provided for potty breaks. This made it convenient for me as a dog owner to take care of my furry friend's needs. Additionally, the hotel's location was a major advantage. It was situated near various amenities such as Walgreens and food places, making it easy to find anything I needed. Furthermore, the ample parking available ensured that I never had to worry about finding a spot for my car.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked during my stay. the limited entry points to the hotel were inconvenient, especially with a dog.
