I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, one of the biggest I've ever stayed in, and it was beautifully decorated. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, especially the L'occitane soap bars. The staff, particularly Sharon at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and made reservations a breeze. The breakfast menu was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious granola. The beds were so comfortable that it was hard to get out of them in the morning. The location was perfect, with the hotel being just a short walk away from town and close to the divine garden and the ski area.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great ski getaway or simply a fantastic place to stay in Sun Valley.

The hotel seemed a bit tattered, with worn carpets and a tacky portable air conditioner in the room. The flowers on the balconies were dry and dead, needing more frequent watering.

We had a great experience during our New Year's stay at this hotel. the room was spacious with a deck and had nice little details like bath salts. the made, to, order breakfast with eggs was delicious. the location was convenient, just a 10, minute walk to the center of town. We also appreciated the free rides provided to the town center.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the room we stayed in was quite dark and outdated, and the sink area could use an update.

The room service was top-notch, with housekeeping ensuring everything was clean and well-stocked. The airport shuttle was convenient, and the shuttle service to nearby attractions made exploring the area seamless. The room itself was comfortable, complete with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a plus.
