We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was modern, spacious, and reminded us of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Germany. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the UT campus and we could easily avoid game day traffic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and at home.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

During our recent stay at Courtyard, we were impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. From the warm welcome by Meagan at check-in to the off duty manager going the extra mile to provide us with a bottled water for our journey home, the staff truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel's convenient location near the interstate was perfect for our travel needs, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere away from any noise. Additionally, the modern and clean facilities, including the outdoor fire pit and indoor pool, added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also enjoyed starting our day with a delicious breakfast accompanied by Starbucks coffee.

During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with nice restaurants within walking distance and easy access to parking. Additionally, the outside area with a fire pit was a great spot to relax and socialize with friends.

I was disappointed with the size of the beds in my room. Despite my reservation indicating 2 Queen size beds, they were actually full size beds, which felt misleading.

Almost everything was perfect. the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions, and the shuttle service was a great way to get around. the room was spacious, with comfortable beds, and the complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected with friends and family.

That the heating in the room was a bit inconsistent - it would sometimes get really hot and other times be a bit chilly. the room didn't have many extras like a microwave or mini fridge, which would have been a nice touch.
