Stayed at this hotel recently and had a pleasant experience overall. the staff members were very accommodating, especially the manager at the time of my check-in, who was attentive and helpful. the room was spacious with big windows offering a nice view. the housekeeping was excellent, I never had any issues with cleanliness. the location is ideal, very close to a shopping mall and various parks in south California. there were plenty of dining options nearby, making it convenient for meals. I appreciated the free parking inside the garage, ensuring the safety of my vehicle throughout the stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the breakfast was not complementary as expected for a hotel of this caliber;

Room was clean and comfortable, had a coffee machine. Enjoyed the waffle machine at breakfast. Location not ideal. Had issues with shower temperature, room key deactivation, and fridge setting. Fresh linens and towels daily, great views, and new mattress were highlights. a decent stay at La Crystal Hotel.

The suite was spacious enough for a comfortable stay with my partner. The convenience of having a bar/lounge on-site was a nice touch. The property's location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The ongoing lobby renovations showed the hotel's commitment to improving guest experiences. a practical and enjoyable stay for a European country music fan like me.

The bed was clean and comfy, the view was good, and Tc from the front desk was a real gem, always trying his best to help out, which is commendable; he's a star employee. The hotel's recent remodel shines through, the two hot tubs by the pool are a hidden gem, and overall, it's a great spot for relaxation💆🏻. The only minor downside was the lack of robust room service options, but it didn't affect the fantastic stay!

I LOVED the huge window in my room overlooking the highway! the breakfast at Starbucks nearby was a treat. Would stay again. Even better in person!

The hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping center and is only a half-hour drive from the LA airport, which is a plus for travelers. The friendly staff went above and beyond by upgrading my family to a suite at no extra charge, making our stay very pleasant. The reasonable pricing in LA was also a bonus. The relaxed facilities, such as the casino, swimming pool, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi, added to our enjoyment and provided a great opportunity for family bonding. Nearby landmarks like the Dominguez Rancho Adobe Museum and Crystal Casino offered unique experiences that enriched our stay.

The only thing worth mentioning is the convenience store, because who doesn't want to buy snacks and drinks at a hotel? Wow, so exciting!

The hot tub and 24-hour reception were such a disappointment. I mean, who wants a place to relax and someone available to help you at any time?

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right near a shopping center that we could walk to and close to the metro station. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room we stayed in was quiet and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the comfortable accommodations.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was that the breakfast at checkout was not complementary, even though we stayed at the hotel for more than two nights. However, we still highly recommend this hotel to others based on the excellent location, quality of service, and comfort it provides.

The billiards room was spacious and well-equipped, providing a great opportunity for some family-friendly competition. Additionally, the pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing in Los Angeles.

My kids wished for more variety in the children's menu options.

At my first stay, the staff helped with directions which I remember. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for New Year.

The pool area was a great place to relax, despite the loud traffic noise. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the refreshing water. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the freeway and a nearby shopping center. I didn't have to go far for anything I needed. The staff who checked me in, especially the friendly Latina woman and the helpful young Chinese gentleman, made me feel welcome and at home. And the waffles at breakfast were definitely a highlight. I had a positive experience and would stay at La Crystal Hotel again.
