The hotel had a nice pool area and the staff were very accommodating, especially regarding my feather allergy. However, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, including stained carpets and a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. It's a decent place for families, but attention to detail could be improved.

The staff was simply fantastic and genuinely cared about our comfort. Breakfast was a delightful experience, available even when we missed it!

Arriving early, we were grateful that staff promptly accommodated us and relocated us to a ground-level room due to my wife’s surgery. The firepit area was a cozy escape after a long day, and even though breakfast was a hit-or-miss affair, the friendly atmosphere made our stay enjoyable!

the room we got had a strong pet smell , which was kinda unpleasant. but the breakfast was amazing every morning with lots of tasty options 😊. the heated pool was perfect for unwinding after a day at cedar point 🌞. great location for food and shopping too.

I had a nice stay with my partner, enjoying clean rooms and a great breakfast that included waffles. After a long day at the amusement park, swimming in the heated pool until 1am was relaxing. We appreciated the friendly staff and the convenience of free parking. Being from Rome, it was fun to take in the local attractions and family atmosphere.
