I recently stayed at La Quinta in Brownsville for a weekend getaway with my family. The staff at the front desk and room service were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were excellent with delicious food and attentive staff ensuring there was plenty of food for everyone. They even accommodated our pet with no extra fee. Despite a minor hiccup with our room, the manager quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a spacious and comfortable alternative. We were so grateful for their understanding and kindness.

This hotel is excellent value for money as it offers great service and basic amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. The location is also very good, with easy access to everything local, including shopping centers.

The helpful staff assisted us promptly when we had trouble accessing our room. They provided extra towels and allowed us to store medication in the fridge. The parking lot had a designated spot for veterans and the lobby floor was clean and shiny. Situated near the expressway, the location was convenient.

We stayed at La Quinta for a weekend getaway with our family. The front desk employees were incredibly helpful and friendly, and even helped us find a solution when our room wasn't what we had booked. They offered us a spacious manager's apartment that was perfect for our needs. The hotel location was convenient, with a gas station and fast food options nearby. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean, and the breakfast, especially the coffee, was delicious. We will definitely be returning to La Quinta when we visit Brownsville again.

The room was kept in great condition, and there was always a helpful attendant ensuring there was plenty of food for all guests. The staff, including the room service and receptionists, were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The hotel felt very homey, and there was no reason to complain.
