the eggs at breakfast were straight out of the fridge, not even slightly warm. then, my reservation for a king room was just ignored, and they shoved me into a tiny handicap queen instead! i really expected a complimentary upgrade for all this hassle, but nope, just more disappointment. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center, I have everything I need. The staff really helped with my room issue late at night. I’m coming back for a holiday!

While the staff did resolve these problems quickly, it was frustrating after a long day of travel.

So, like, I got here and the front staff was suuuper nice, putting my name on the TV and everything! The room was super clean, and I loved the smart TV. Breakfast was totally awesome too—good vibes all around! Just wish there was more parking and maybe a few less, like, sketchy peeps hanging out at night. Also, the WiFi kinda sucked.

The recent stay included a comfortable Deluxe Queen room that accommodated our family well, but check-in experienced a hiccup related to an unexpected damage deposit. While the breakfast could use improvement in variety, the staff was consistently friendly and attentive, making our experience pleasant. However, a persistent odor in the stairwells and excessive plastic use in breakfast items were notable downsides, indicating areas for improvement.

It was just a fine choice for a couple of nights in Jessup with fantastic value for money. The floor in the room needed a good cleaning as it felt quite dirty beneath my feet. Try to stay on the upper floors to avoid noise from the hall.
