Perfect spot near the airport

This place is super close to the airport, which is a major win! The bed was comfy and everything was clean. I loved that I could order room service from nearby restaurants. Just a heads up—the shuttle service was kinda a mess, and the staff could use a little friendlier vibe.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it offers two meeting rooms that accommodate up to 62 guests. The conference space and meeting rooms were convenient for my work needs and the hotel's location provides easy access to the Gaylord Texan, which was essential.

I wish the hotel provided a business center for printing and other work-related services.

I loved staying here! The location was perfect as I could easily see planes taking off and landing right in front of me. The free shuttle service was great and the staff were friendly, especially housekeeping who made sure my room was always clean and comfortable. The hotel's close proximity to Grapevine Mills Mall and the Bear Creek Golf Club made it easy for our family to enjoy some leisure time in the area. The Founder's Plaza Observation Area was a unique experience, providing a great view of the airport and planes taking off and landing, which fascinated our children. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast, were appreciated and added value to our stay.

My wife says that an on-site playground or kids' activity area would have been a great addition to make the hotel even more family-friendly.
