great location and nice amenities

The room was neat and clean, with a tidy bathroom and nice soap dispensers. Breakfast had plenty of options. A major plus was the location near the college and the shuttle to the airport. Just a heads up, a late checkout didn’t go smoothly, and one staff member was kinda rude about it, which was a bummer.

We loved the friendly and professional staff! They went above and beyond to help us with our early departure due to a hurricane. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, and the woman in charge was exceptional. The young man at the evening check-in was always smiling and extremely helpful. The location was easy to find, and despite the ongoing renovations, our room was clean and comfortable. The heating and cooling system was whisper quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at La Quinta in Knoxville for a quick rest before my flight. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was very convenient. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Although I didn't have breakfast, there was a Starbucks right across the street and a Subway just a minute's drive away that stays open till 11 PM. The manager even went above and beyond to help me print my boarding passes. Southern hospitality at its finest. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Additionally, the free coffee in the lobby all day was a nice touch.

One drawback was the lack of pedestrian infrastructure to cross the busy highway between the hotel and the airport. It was dangerous to try and run across, so we had to call for the shuttle instead.
