La Quinta by Wyndham Rapid City's proximity to family-friendly attractions like Mount Rushmore and the Museum of Geology was a huge plus. The hotel's well-equipped guest rooms with refrigerators and microwaves ensured a comfortable stay. Despite the -20 windchill outside, the room was warm, making it a cozy retreat after a day of exploration.

The disappointing aspect was the earlier closing time of the pool and other facilities, especially on Sundays. The pool closing at 8 pm felt premature, considering the additional cost for the water park.

Our family had a fantastic time at this hotel, conveniently located steps from the largest indoor waterpark in South Dakota. The kids absolutely loved the waterpark and spent hours enjoying the slides and pools. Additionally, the hotel's easy access to family-friendly attractions like Mount Rushmore National Monument and Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf made it a perfect base for our family vacation. We also appreciated the hotel's recreation opportunities, such as the water park and fitness center, which provided enjoyable activities for the whole family.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel could offer a slightly more diverse food menu that caters to children's tastes, ensuring a more varied dining experience for families.

I chose this hotel for attending a conclave because it offers three meeting rooms that accommodate up to 200 guests. The event facilities at this hotel consist of conference space and meeting rooms, which were convenient for our meetings and presentations.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities.

we stayed at La Quinta for a special occasion and had an amazing time. our suite was spacious, clean, and comfy with plenty of room for the kids. the breakfast options were great, and the staff kept everything well stocked. the location was convenient, close to attractions and the interstate. having 24-hour free coffee and infused water was a nice touch. looking forward to staying here again!

During my business trip, my director chose La Quinta for our accommodation, and I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities available. This hotel is in a great location, close to the interstate and restaurants. It’s also a perfect distance away from the water park so you can have peace and quiet. The indoor water park looked amazing, and I'm sure the kids would have lots of fun. The value for money was great with breakfast included. The rooms were wheelchair accessible and had comfortable king beds.

My stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Rapid City was fantastic. The gorgeous views of the Museum of Geology from my room were absolutely breathtaking, and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room made my stay even more comfortable. The service at Perkins was extremely slow and unorganized, resulting in a lengthy wait time for my order.
