The pool was great for the kids and kept them entertained for hours. Staff were nice and got us extra towels quick when we needed them.

I had an amazing time discovering everything within walking distance, as it took less than 10 minutes to stroll to the beautiful Riverwalk and the historic Alamo, which was just over half a kilometer away, and I enjoyed easy access to many shops and restaurants like IHOP and The Buckhorn Saloon nearby, making it a great choice for anyone who loves to explore the city on foot; although the hotel could improve on housekeeping services, the spacious breakfast area was well stocked and the staff were friendly.

The room offered ample space and was equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave. The bed, however, lacked comfort for a restful night. The bathroom cleanliness was concerning, with hair found on the floor and in the shower; the tub particularly needed attention. Temperature control was frustrating, as the air conditioning unit shut off unexpectedly in the heat. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for some peace. More towels and toiletries should have been provided, as we had to request extra. the room had potential but required better maintenance and attention to detail.

The parking situation also needs improvement. Despite its potential, this stay didn’t meet the expectations for a comfortable getaway. With some adjustments, it could be a great spot.

The hot breakfast was a highlight—delicious and satisfying. The location near the Riverwalk made exploring easy, and I appreciated the clean lobby and friendly staff. the room felt dated with poor air conditioning, and I was surprised by the lack of housekeeping. I had to ask for towels multiple times, and the pool area wasn’t well-maintained. The noise from the city was more noticeable than expected at times. While there were enjoyable moments, some aspects certainly detracted from the experience—especially given the price.
