The location on the lake is very pretty and the room itself was modern and well-appointed. A good shower and a proper hairdryer!! Close to charming Waynesville for food and a really nice Main Street. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet ambiance and peaceful surroundings.

As young holiday goers, we loved the stunning location and beautiful views overlooking the lake and mountains. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the bistro had delicious food. The rooms were clean and pretty, and we had a great time exploring the nearby attractions such as the rose walk and the coffee shop. The convenient elevator and nice sitting areas on the porch added to the overall experience.

We loved the stunning view of the unspoilt countryside from our room at the Terrace Hotel. The facilities offered, including the pool, tennis, mini golf, and shuffleboard, were excellent. We also enjoyed the delightful 3-mile walk around the lake.

Great mountain value. Played golf for a cart fee. Buffet breakfast at a slightly high price, but views of the lake and mountains from front rooms. Cozy motel-style rooms with two queen beds and plenty of pillows. Safety measures in place and serene surroundings for meditation.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a ski resort with my family and had an unexpected surprise. When we checked in late at night, we were assigned an apartment instead of a regular hotel room. The apartment had a sulfur smell and the beds were small and uncomfortable. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a different room, which was still a bit musty but better than the first. The breakfast was not up to par, as we had to show tickets to enter the dining room and were not allowed to touch the hot bar. However, the lake view from our room was absolutely stunning. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful location.
