The complimentary wireless internet access was a thoughtful touch, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

The code to access my room didn't work, resulting in a frustrating wait at the front desk.

The suite was so spacious and comfortable, ideal for a group of friends or family. The roll-in shower and wide-open living area made it super convenient for everyone. Loved having a dining table and wet bar too.

The wet bar was unnecessary for me but could be a fun addition for other guests!

A hot drink at Café Blue was the perfect remedy after a tiring day of outdoor activities. The warm beverage and cozy ambience felt like a comforting hug in the chilly weather, making it an unforgettable experience.

The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere. The living room and kitchen were well-equipped, and the Wi-fi worked perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a unit with an extra bathroom when we requested a change. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the beach and large condos that were perfect for our two families.

The condo was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a family. The three-floor layout provided plenty of space and privacy, with a loft area for additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living space was comfortable for relaxing and playing games. The proximity to the lake and central location made it a great choice for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and professional.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it provides four small meeting rooms that seat up to 110 guests and four small boardrooms that seat up to 40 guests, all easily accessible on the lobby level.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workstations and equipment for printing and copying.

The value for money was excellent, and the room we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and boardwalk nearby, as well as great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were truly exceptional and provided excellent service.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

We had a blast exploring Heavenly Mountain with the cool ski guides who added personal touches to our ski trip. The laid-back vibes on the sunny slopes were perfect for our crew. The nearby craft breweries and nightclubs took our après ski to another level!

Just wish there was an on-site nightclub for some late-night fun!

Just had a fantastic stay at this lovely property! the staff at Lakeland Village were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond by suggesting great places to visit in the area. Our 1 bedroom suite with loft was absolutely perfect and comfortable. the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our own meals, and the shuttle bus was always available for convenient transportation. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing just the right amount of space for our family. We can't wait to come back soon!

The value for the money was great, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and space. The location was perfect, being right next to the lake, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
