The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the heated pool and outdoor terrace. The breakfast, although the juice was a little watered down, was good, and the staff made sure everything was well stocked and clean.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being very central and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The staff was friendly and reached out to check if I needed anything during my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the sleep quality was excellent. Additionally, the hotel offered a list of nearby restaurants that were open for deliveries during the Christmas season, which was a thoughtful touch.

The hot breakfast each morning was a fantastic start to my busy days, and the attached restaurant, Mama's Boy, served delicious food with excellent service. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness, with time slots for the pool to ensure it was always sparkling. I had an amazing experience and I'm so thankful for the exceptional service and luxurious comfort I experienced during my stay.

The staff members, Alma and Eusebia, were friendly and helpful. the hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests, with the front desk receptionist, Marcus, being welcoming and the bellman, Abraham. These personalized touches made our stay special.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not sufficient, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms. The pool was also disappointing, with unclear water and a lack of changing rooms or lockers.
