Just a great fit for a weekend stopover in Chicago with fantastic value for money. Breakfast was really good.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the heated pool and outdoor terrace. The breakfast, although the juice was a little watered down, was good, and the staff made sure everything was well stocked and clean.

The hotel had a fantastic location, being very central and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. the staff was friendly and reached out to check if I needed anything during my stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the sleep quality was excellent. Additionally, the hotel offered a list of nearby restaurants that were open for deliveries during the Christmas season, which was a thoughtful touch.

I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness, with time slots for the pool to ensure it was always sparkling. I had an amazing experience and I'm so thankful for the exceptional service and luxurious comfort I experienced during my stay.
