As a budget traveler, I appreciated the beautiful lakefront location and historic charm of the inn. The lobby area with its antique furnishings and quiet parlors was a nice place to relax. The corner room with a lake view had large windows and offered expansive views. The staff person at check-in/out was kind and sweet. The inn had a safe and peaceful atmosphere, with rocking chairs and benches for guests to relax in. The lake trail was a wonderful feature, with flower gardens, shade trees, and a gazebo along the way.

Despite the power outage, the hotel had backup power, ensuring we stayed warm and entertained. The lake trail was a lovely addition, with its beautiful flower gardens, shade trees, and view of the swimming pool and other amenities.

Couldn't stay longer.

During my Christmas stay at this inn, I really appreciated the beautiful exterior porches overlooking the surrounding area. The rockers provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. Additionally, the staff at the inn were very helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. The location of the inn, situated atop a hill, allowed for breathtaking views of the nearby lake. This added to the overall charm of the inn and made my Christmas experience even more special.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the rooms were quite small and lacked certain amenities such as a desk and chairs for laptop use.

We especially loved the stunning view of the mountains and the nearby lake, which made for a truly picturesque setting. Additionally, the staff was very polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the inn was lovely, there were a few drawbacks. The beds in our room were a bit uncomfortable and on the smaller side, which made for a slightly less than perfect night's sleep.

The parking facilities were convenient, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. the hotel had excellent facilities and provided us with a memorable experience.
