I had a fantastic time at Hilton Grand Vacations! The staff were incredibly accommodating and respectful, especially Mr Johnson and the manager John Wright who made our vacation enjoyable. The outdoor areas were functional and the free DVD exchange was a neat addition. The coffee maker in the room was a lifesaver and the free laundry service was super convenient. Plenty of parking in the garage. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel!

The king suite was beautifully designed, with a luxurious rain shower and wide doors. The comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen were a fantastic addition. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we appreciated the hotel's commitment to recycling in both the rooms and common areas. The pool area was a big hit for us, with a large pool, towel area, and bar. The hot tub was also a great feature. The daily provision of two coffees or water was a nice touch. When we encountered a problem with the printer ink, the staff went above and beyond by delivering a delicious fruit tray. the staff was excellent and made our stay truly memorable.

We spent Christmas at a resort that had two great perks: they provided free hot cocoa and cookies every evening and they had an amazing outdoor fire pit where we roasted marshmallows. the resort was also located close to a popular shopping center and had a shuttle service to take guests there.

The resort was quite isolated and we had to take a taxi to get to any other attractions. Finally, the resort seemed to be understaffed and it took a while for us to get anything we needed from reception.

The location of Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Palmeras is very convenient, with close proximity to the convention center. The facility itself is gorgeous and quiet. The rooms have HVAC that keeps them cold, perfect for those who prefer cooler temperatures. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillow options. The on-site restaurant serves delicious burgers. The outdoor spa has strong jets, ideal for relaxing after a workout. The gym is well-equipped with treadmills, exercise balls, and other workout necessities. There is also a free exercise channel with up-to-date videos for quick and easy workouts from the comfort of your room. Upon check-in, they even provide free cards for 2 Starbucks coffees or 2 Avian waters. The pool area is clean and provides hassle-free access to pool towels. The staff members are friendly and always ready to help.

I recently stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations in Orlando for a work trip. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room was cool and spacious. I loved having the balcony to check the weather before heading out. The housekeeping was top-notch, providing soft towels, luxurious soaps and lotions, and even a hair dryer. The shower was amazing with its rain drop and jet spray features. The room also had a microwave, sink, dishes, glasses, cups. The HVAC kept the room nice and cold, which I loved. The restaurant served a delicious burger, and the outdoor spa had strong jets, perfect for relaxing after a workout. The gym was well-equipped with treadmills and exercise balls, and I appreciated the free exercise channel that provided quick and effective workouts from the comfort of my room. The hotel's proximity to the convention center was also a major plus. The valet parking and other services were superb, and the bartenders made excellent drinks. the guest services were exceptional and made my stay well worth it.

We loved the hotel's atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff. The outdoor sitting area with comfy couches and gas fire pits was perfect for enjoying the view of the pool. Our room had a great view and a nice balcony to relax on. The location was awesome, with restaurants and entertainment close by. The hotel was very close to the convention center, which was convenient for us. the hotel facilities were up to par with other resorts in the area and the cleanliness was excellent.
