We love the stunning mountain views from the outdoor balcony and the spacious two-bedroom suite, which was perfect for our group. The modern facilities, such as the indoor pool and game room, kept everyone entertained and relaxed throughout our stay. The friendly staff provided us helpful tips about local attractions and even shared information about the bears we spotted nearby.

The water pressure in the showers could use improvement.

laurel point resort has a fantastic location, just a short drive away from all the attractions. the two-bedroom suite was spacious with a private balcony that provided stunning views. we loved the fitness center and the helpful staff at the office made everything smooth, especially when we arrived late and got our key cards easily.

We encountered several issues with the room's comfort. The bed sheets and blankets were not comfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were surprised to only find a starter pack of needed items, including dish soap. It would have been helpful to be informed ahead of time, so we could bring our own supplies. The bathroom design was also awkward with the toilet placed too close to the wall, which was frustrating during our stay.

WiFi was down for days, leaving us disconnected!!! The exercise room equipment is outdated and barely workable!!! Navigating narrow roads to arrive was a challenge!!!

The spacious two-bedroom suite had breathtaking mountain views right from our private balcony. We loved the large jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Plus, the game room provided endless fun for the kids, making it a memorable family trip!

The location was up the hill from the Parkway, offering breathtaking views and easy access to Gatlinburg's attractions. Staff were friendly, quickly providing a fan when we realized we didn’t have our own.

The indoor pool area could have used more towels available, and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning properly during our stay.
