We stayed at a lovely resort with clean, spacious condos equipped with everything we needed. the kitchen had all the essentials, and having a washer and dryer in our unit was very convenient. the staff was friendly and informative, and we enjoyed relaxing in the large spa tub and comfortable mattress. The pool area was great, and we even got to grill out and learn about the local bears. Cons: Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurel Point Resort By Capital Vacations. the spacious condo, comfortable mattress, and beautiful view made our experience memorable. the pool, hot tub, and friendly front desk staff added to the enjoyment. Having access to a grill was a nice bonus as well.

I always stay here. Staff recommended taxi first time. Place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, Game room, Fitness center, Billiards, etc. I love coming back for the weekend.

Our stay at Laurel Point Resort was absolutely wonderful. The condo we stayed in was spacious and well-furnished, with a cozy fireplace that we enjoyed every evening. The beds were comfortable and the deck provided a beautiful view. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, especially the bathroom by the pool. The pool itself was stunning and smelled clean. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. First, the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. They were knowledgeable about the local area and gave great recommendations for things to do. Second, the rooms were newly upgraded and furnished with comfortable beds. I also loved the fact that the hotel had an indoor pool area and grills that I could use. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect for a peaceful and socially distant vacation. It was nestled up in the mountains, away from the crowds, yet still only a short drive from downtown.

The location of the resort was perfect, close to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed being on the outskirts of total mayhem, surrounded by the beauty of sharp cliffs. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was updated and the shower was refreshing after a long day of activities.

The laundry facilities were not conveniently located in the unit.
