The cleaning service could have been more frequent, as it was only done every 4-5 days unless requested. Additional charges for the use of a microwave were unexpected and could have been included in the price.

This place is in an excellent location, right in the heart of downtown. I could easily walk to Chinatown and the financial district. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even managed to get me an early check-in when I requested it. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bay. The bed was so cozy, I could melt right into it with the fluffy pillows and down comforters. Plus, the 12pm check-out time allowed me to sleep in and relax.
