Great location, quiet, walkable, comfortable bed, incredible views.

Can't fault the property.

Best aspects of my stay were the convenient location, within walking distance to major attractions and close to public transportation. It made exploring the city very easy. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in providing information about tours and local attractions. And the fact that they had a pool was a bonus, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Worst aspects were the lack of welcoming staff, particularly during breakfast. I felt a bit embarrassed and put off by the server's comments just because I wanted to enjoy my complimentary coffee outside.

Walking distance to Frenchman Street. The pool area is so pretty and is a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. a wonderful stay.

We forgot about the hotel package that included a tour and dining credit. However, the front desk did not mention it at check-in.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was situated in the French Market area, away from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street, but still within easy walking distance of all the major attractions like Jackson Square and Royal Street. The fact that it was in the residential area of the French Quarter gave it a more peaceful and authentic vibe. Additionally, I was pleased to find that the hotel had a pool and private parking, which were both great amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with valuable information about the city and recommending some fantastic local restaurants for both food and entertainment.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel in the heart of the French Quarter is brilliant. It's close to everything but set back enough to be quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms with a balcony offer a lovely view of the French Quarter, adding to the charm of the hotel's ambiance.

Le Richelieu In the French Quarter is the perfect place to stay in NOLA. We loved the creole food, fantastic bloody marys, and the great music just 2 blocks away on Frenchman's street. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the French market and Coops's place. the furnishings had a charming yesteryear feel and the balconies were spacious. the staff and clientele were incredibly friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the privacy of the building and the park in the lot. Plus, the pool was a wonderful treat every afternoon!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions but away from the noise. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing, especially the banana crepes! Plus, the hotel had a pool in the courtyard which was great for relaxing in the afternoon.

The walls were a bit thin, so sometimes you could hear noises from outside and inside the hotel. Also, the temperature of the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, so it was sometimes too cold in the room.

Clean rooms, friendly housekeepers, great location, comfortable beds, secure parking. 🌟

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and include breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail. The location is brilliant, right in the midst of the French Quarter, yet set back enough to be quiet.

I believe all was ok and there is nothing that needs improvement.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I could easily walk to Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street, as well as access the street cars and the port. The hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed spending time around the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult to rinse off properly. the restaurant service left much to be desired.
