During my Christmas stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying the amenities offered, including the well-equipped rooms with hangers and an ironing board. The bathroom was a standout, with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the wall, providing convenience and a delightful lemon sugar scent. Additionally, the lobby area was a great perk, allowing guests to enjoy pool games and other entertainment options.

For longer stays, I would not recommend this property as it lacks certain facilities such as a laundry facility. The insulation of the rooms was poor, as we could hear heavy footsteps from the room above.

We got great value for our money at Tru By Hilton. The room was clean, comfortable, and had just what we needed. The location was convenient, right off the highway. The staff treated us kindly and even allowed us to park our motorcycles under the entrance canopy to keep them dry.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety in the items offered.

The rooms at Tru By Hilton Roanoke Hollins were so comfy and cool with the air conditioning and the free WiFi. It made our stay feel just like home, which I really appreciated as a frequent traveler.

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the bath or shower setup in the private bathroom. It's just a personal preference though.

Clean and friendly staff, with a variety of choices for breakfast. the availability of tea and coffee all day was a nice touch. Snacks and microwaveable meals were also available.

The lack of directional signs in the area can make it difficult to navigate and find the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern and clean facilities. The rooms were very modern and nice to look at, although a bit small. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our sheets were changed and housekeeping services came to our room. The breakfast was incredible, offering a variety of options such as waffle boats, Greek yogurt and granola, eggs and apple chicken sausages, and pastries.

The staff were friendly and even remembered us from a previous stay. The location right off Interstate 81 made it convenient for our travels. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and we loved the fact that there were plenty of options nearby for breakfast too.

We loved staying here! The location near the interstate was convenient for our trip, and the service was amazing, including room service and on-site shops. The room amenities were also great, like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and sitting area. We slept well and appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
