Our stay at the Library Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The customer service from the moment we arrived was exceptional. Despite a reservation mix-up, the staff immediately assured us that they had available rooms and even gave us an upgrade. The room itself was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a peaceful sanctuary in bustling Manhattan. The hotel's location was convenient, safe, and easily accessible to public transportation. We also enjoyed the book-themed rooms and the abundance of books throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

It was so convenient to have several trains nearby, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel itself had a unique library theme, which added a charming touch to our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and took the time to get to know our needs. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and turndown service. The bathroom was well-appointed and recently renovated, ensuring that we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. We also loved the reading room on the second floor, which was a peaceful oasis during the day. The breakfast was delicious and the daily wine and cheese reception was a lovely touch. we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was great, just a few steps from several trains, making it very easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the leisure library and garden facilities, which were a nice bonus.

Wonderful stay near theater district

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in an excellent location near the theater district. The staff was incredibly friendly and even called ahead to welcome us back for our second stay. Despite having a single room, we were pleasantly surprised to find a full bathtub and shower. The turndown service each night, complete with chocolate and the next day's weather, added a delightful touch. Breakfast and happy hour were included in our package, and we enjoyed exploring the area's fantastic restaurants. The theaters were conveniently within a 15 to 20-minute walk. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a subway station just a block away and Grand Central Terminal nearby. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were super friendly and efficient, providing great service throughout our stay. Finally, the decor of the hotel was beautiful, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

One downside was the lighting in the rooms, which could be a bit too bright or too dark. It would have been nice to have more control over the lighting.
