The elevator’s constant beeping was an ongoing nuisance!!! The room given was far from the elevator and not as described!!! The refrigerator was too warm, causing food spoilage!!! Addressing the fire alarm issues promptly would improve the stay!!!

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Midvale By Ihg, and I truly appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which came with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing me to prepare meals comfortably. The nearby WinCo grocery store and various restaurants added to the convenience of my stay. Breakfast included a substantial selection of options like scrambled eggs and fresh waffles, making each morning delightful. The friendly staff made my check-in smooth and were always willing to assist with any questions I had.

Some minor maintenance issues were present.

The Staybridge Suites in Midvale offers surprisingly spacious rooms, especially the two-bedroom suite which was perfect for my family. The kitchen setup was a joy, allowing us to whip up meals with ease. I truly appreciated the variety at breakfast, with waffles and scrambled eggs that started our mornings right. Plus, the complimentary happy hours featuring nachos one night were a delightful treat for the kids!

However, we experienced several hiccups during our stay. While the staff was friendly, the check-in process felt disorganized, and our key cards often had issues working. Additionally, some areas of the hotel could use a bit of refreshing. The locks on the patio doors were faulty too, which hindered access to the lovely outdoor area from breakfast. A bit of maintenance could greatly enhance the guest experience.

The rooms are spacious, especially the two-bedroom suites, providing ample space for families and a full kitchen setup that makes meal prep a breeze. Amenities like the pool area with fire rings for an evening chill and complimentary happy hours three nights a week really enhance the stay, making it an ideal spot for a long visit.

However, during my stay, the elevator had a constant beeping that disrupted sleep and was never addressed despite multiple reports. Key card malfunctions were also frustrating, with both room entry and external doors causing guests some inconvenience. Additionally, a promised reservation was not honored, and confusion during check-in spoiled what should have been a smooth start to my stay.

The pool area was a hit with my family. The breakfast served a delicious variety. I also appreciated the room upgrades, which made a big difference in our stay!

staff was super friendly and attentive. loved the outdoor pool area with lounge chairs and fire pits. easy access to shops and a grocery store nearby made our stay even better!

the room was spacious and equipped with a full kitchen! loved the free laundry service and the outdoor area with grills and picnic tables. staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay.

no complaints but breakfast options could rotate! 😊
