The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a 20-minute walk to Broadway and Clinton St It is situated in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, great food, and all downtown activities. The rooms have a homey feel and offer a safe and cool environment. the customer service people are helpful, providing assistance when needed.

The towel rack in the bathroom was loose on the wall, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

We couldn't have asked for a better location at such an affordable price. Being just a 15-minute walk from Broadway and with live music venues within a 5-minute walk, Locale Lofts the Gulch was perfectly situated. the unit itself was clean, spacious, and had great shower pressure. We also appreciated the ability to cook our own meals in the kitchen. the management team was quick to respond to our needs, even accommodating us when we couldn't access our phone for the door code by sending us an email instead.

Nothing all good. the stay was without any notable issues or concerns.

The location of Locale Lofts The Gulch was perfect for exploring downtown Nashville on foot. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to restaurants, tourist spots, and even a Whole Foods Market. The full kitchen in our unit allowed us to cook meals when we wanted, which was great for longer stays. The building had other amenities like indoor shuffleboard and pool tables, which added to the fun. The unit was also quiet, and we loved the Juliet balcony that overlooked a lovely courtyard. we had a great experience at Locale Lofts The Gulch.

One drawback was that the unit was not well-cleaned or stocked. We noticed that the extra blanket had some makeup or stains on it, and the kitchenette wall was splattered with food messes from prior guests.

The fitness center made me feel like I burned off one whole calorie. Really appreciated the "free" WiFi that was basically non-existent. Had a blast trying to find my room in the endless maze of corridors.

So glad there was no staff because who needs someone to help when you're lost and frustrated?

Convenient location with lots of amenities and privacy. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooftop was a great feature, offering beautiful views of the city. The lobby coffee machine was a bonus, ensuring a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The hallways had an unpleasant odor and were poorly maintained.

Great bluegrass music at the Staton Inn nearby. Spacious room with balcony, fridge, and access to gym with coffee machine downstairs. Amazing area to chill and explore.

This loft is located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to Broadway and downtown activities. The building is easy to find and the instructions for entry are clear. The loft itself is clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and separate living room. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are amenities like shuffleboard and pool tables available in the building.

The wifi in the loft was not very good and would disconnect frequently.

I had a great stay at this cute apartment in the Gluch. It was in a quieter area than staying closer to Broadway, which was nice. the rooftop was fantastic and offered beautiful views. the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch and I enjoyed having a kitchen in the apartment. the location was perfect for exploring downtown Nashville on foot, with many shops, restaurants, and tourist spots within walking distance. the apartment itself was spacious and had a balcony, plus access to amenities like a gym and indoor games. a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Locale Lofts in The Gulch for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with attractions like Broadway within walking distance. The nearby restaurants, including Biscuit Love and Milk&Honey, offered delicious menus. The hotel itself was clean, peaceful, and felt like a home away from home. The customer service was excellent, and the parking situation was great. this property has become one of my favorite places to stay, and I highly recommend it.
