During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the cleanliness of the rooms, proving that they take great care in maintaining a spotless environment. Additionally, the staff demonstrated excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the location was also ideal, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere that allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday.

Getting around the resort was quite a hassle, especially for those with physical limitations. It would be beneficial to request a room close to the elevators to avoid long walks.

I recently stayed at Loews Ventana Canyon for a company holiday party, and it was a truly excellent evening. The hotel's purple décor added a unique touch to the ambiance, and everything was top-notch. While the banquet buffet had a few issues, like dry pork and awful paella, the Sunday brunch made up for it. It was worth every penny of the $45.00. The hotel grounds, with its beautiful walking paths and landscaping, were also impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I got great value for my money at Loews Ventana. The room was cozy and the little patio was a nice touch. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The staff treated me exceptionally well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with warmer food.

The spa staff and reception staff were amazing. Christine the esthetician and massage therapist was one of the best I've experienced. The adult pool by the spa was peaceful and exactly what we needed. All of our reservation requests were granted. The hotel's friendliness towards our dog made us customers for life. The property is beautiful, located at the base of Catalina mountain. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liane, my aesthetician, was phenomenal. The Sunday brunch was fabulous.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location amidst the mountains of Tucson was breathtaking. The view from our balcony was simply mesmerizing. The grounds of this hotel were so lush and well-maintained, it felt like we were walking through a tropical paradise. The service here was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of magnificent. From room service to housekeeping, everything was taken care of efficiently and with a smile. The amenities in the room were excellent. The bathtub was a highlight, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. The mini-bar and coffee facilities were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a drink or hot cup of coffee whenever we wanted. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals, and the staff was very attentive to our dietary preferences. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, as well as the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. our experience at this hotel was outstanding.

Nestled in the stunning Arizona mountains, this place is the perfect escape from downtown. The staff here are very customer service friendly and cater to your every desire. The rooms are equipped with top-notch amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. The facilities here are comprehensive and provide you with plenty of entertainment options. From the jacuzzi and swimming pool to the leisure centre and golf course, there's something for everyone here.

I would highly recommend this venue to everyone for its beautiful location, amazing amenities and outstanding service.

Beautiful and well-maintained grounds. Great amenities like hiking, tennis courts, and pool. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location in a beautiful canyon with luxuriant grounds was breathtaking. Everywhere I looked, there were stunning desert views. The pool was gorgeous, and it was so relaxing to lounge by the water and take in the scenery. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely spa and a restaurant that served delicious food. The breakfast exceeded my expectations - it was freshly made and absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the delightful young lady at check-in and the tennis coach who was so informative and friendly. The hotel was also easy to find and close to everything in the area.

The view from our room was breathtaking, with stunning natural surroundings. the bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious. We also enjoyed the attentive service from the staff, who were friendly and accommodating.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the Wi-Fi was slow, especially when we were trying to stream.

The Sunday Blues and Brews BBQ brunch at Loews was fantastic! We enjoyed live music and delicious food, sitting in the Cascade Lounge. The service was great. We also loved the beautiful grounds and architecture of the resort. we had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is situated in an amazing location, tucked away amongst the beautiful Arizona mountains. You'll love the lush landscaping and the canyon views. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The balcony and couch are nice touches.
