Great location and comfy stay

The lobby is beautiful, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was clean and cozy, plus it’s right across from CFG Bank Arena. Breakfast at the bakery was pretty good, though it was a bit pricey. Just wish the cable TV had better options for sports fans. a solid spot for a visit!

The location is great, close to Inner Harbor and Oriole Park.

Long line at check-in and no self-parking. The bathroom was dingy and there was no Do Not Disturb tag.

the historic charm and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the convention center. Despite a few initial hiccups in the room, the comfortable bed and cleanliness impressed us. the staff, especially Marquita at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and addressed any issues promptly.

Comfortable Bed and Abundance of Amenities

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, particularly the comfortable bed with plush pillows and the variety of amenities offered on-site, such as the bar, ghost tours, comedy shows. However, the weak wifi signal and lack of tea options were minor inconveniences that could be improved for a more satisfying stay in the future.

The lounge service and meal were delightful, and the hotel's location near major attractions is ideal. The light rail from the airport was convenient. Room and bed were comfortable, and the lobby and bar staff were friendly.

Reception could improve on helping guests with transportation arrangements. Towel and soap requests were slow to fulfill, and some guests reported cleanliness and service issues.

Convenient location for late arrivals. Comfortable beds ensure good sleep.

Parking situation not ideal.

The panoramic city view from the penthouse suite was breathtaking. I was mesmerized by the stunning skyline of downtown Baltimore. The house-made bread and pastries at the contemporary coffee bistro were a delightful and unexpected treat. It was the perfect spot to start my morning with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the spectacular views.

The hotel's dated decor and the unwarranted text messages I received during my stay were off-putting.

Great value for the money, with spacious and updated rooms that still maintain a historical charm. The location was convenient, close to the harbor and Metro, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Jaw-droppingly beautiful hotel, with exceptional staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The rooftop bar is super awesome, offering delicious food and drinks. The three restaurants/bars are mind-blowingly good. The location is very convenient for the event we attended.

The lobby's magnificent grand piano played a quirkily entertaining role during my stay. It seemed to come alive at night, tinkling away like a mischievous ghost, leading me to believe I was in a whimsical musical. As I sipped my cocktail, I half-expected it to spin around in a flurry of notes!
