Great family-friendly place, but pool area needs maintenance and updates.

I always return to my favorite spot where they gave me plug adaptors when needed. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and golf course. I adore the jacuzzi and express check-out. Coming back for Christmas!

This hotel is amazing! It is located in a tall pine forest by the lake, with spectacular views of the Ouachita Mountains. It's a great value for money, with perfect amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom is huge and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is included and very delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

My husband and I recently stayed at Los Lagos in Hot Springs. The Bath Houses were amazing! We enjoyed the local restaurants and learning about the area from the helpful resort staff. The location was beautiful with easy access to activities like hiking, golf, and lake fun. The jacuzzi, lake view, and modernized condo were all highlights of our stay. The pool was clean and uncrowded, and having a Walmart market nearby was convenient for cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. The comfortable bed and spacious bathroom added to our enjoyable experience.

The hotel offered free coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. the location was great, close to popular tourist attractions and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and towels.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and sometimes cut out. the front desk staff was not very helpful when we had questions about the area.
